All of my clients start with a free consultation to discuss goals and hopes. I can help you decide which plan works best for your schedule and level of fitness. This can be done in person or virtually. Text or call me directly at (760) 512-3062.


Not ready to join a gym, but want to get in shape? All you need is an open space (like your living room or garage), and I'll bring the rest! I love meeting clients at the beach or a park, that's the beauty of being mobile.

I will design a program around your fitness goals and workout alongside you. 


Virtual Coaching

Live workouts via video chat, and you can access my online library of workouts to achieve your goals for the week!  

If you don't have weights, don't worry! I will help you slowly build up your tools and design a program around the equipment you do have (even if that's none!)

One-on-one: $35/session

Group (2+): $25/session/person

Weekly Check-in

You have equipment and experience, but you need accountability?

I will provide a personalized weekly plan for your workouts along with weekly check-in meetings to ensure you stay on track.
